Roto-Rooter Group is comprised of two separate divisions: Roto-Rooter Services Company (based in Cincinnati, Ohio), and Roto-Rooter Corporation (based in West Des Moines, Iowa).

Roto-Rooter Services Company owns and manages the company-owned Roto-Rooter service locations and oversees national marketing efforts. Roto-Rooter Corporation manufactures Roto-Rooter machinery and equipment and also oversees agreements and relationships with independent Roto-Rooter franchises around the world.

Roto-Rooter Group is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chemed Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio. Chemed is publicly traded on the NYSE under the symbol: CHE
