It was a really big job, requiring insertion of a new sewer line, but I was able to use my faucets by dinnertime. Everyone who came out to the house that day was very courteous and professional, and they left my house in the condition they found it. I highly recommend them.

We had a sewer pipe clog and back up into out downstairs shower on a Sunday afternoon. I called Roto Rooter and Darnell was our plumber and he was awesome. ... He arrived quickly, and he had the problem fixed within an hour. He was so nice and helpful. The water restoration specialist Jason Fink, came out very quickly explained everything to us and had the water clean up crew there in like an hour and a half. CJ & Chris were wonderful they went right to work and got everything cleaned up and done in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend these guys! But hopefully I do not have to use them again under those circumstances! Haha :-)

I am writing to show my appreciation for Kathy Burgo, John Amerman and the Roto Rooter team. We recently had emergency work completed at our home. Roto Rooter ... removed our old metal sewer piping from the house to the street and replaced it with plastic pipe. It was a difficult project because we live on a lake and there was a high and rising level of ground water. As they dug, more water came in. Roto Rooter was able to do the job regardless. Kathy Burgo was especially responsive and friendly. She was always punctual in calling us and the company got the work done in a timely manner.

My only complaint was when I called I was asked when I would,like a person to come out and when I said that day I was told you did not ... have an appointment until the next day. The person also said I could be put on standby which meant a person could come between the time I called and the enxt morning. This apparently meant I could have been woken in the middle of the night.

I had an emergency and the operator on the phone was excellent. She explained everything and had a rep out within the hour. He was a perfect ... gentlemen and explained what he was going to do. The clog was a lot more difficult but he was very patient and explained what he was going to do. I was afraid he would throw in the towel but he kept re assuring me that it would work out. He was at my home until after 11 at night and was as pleasant as when he first arrived. He was a true professional.
