He quickly determined the problem , a blocked vent possible caused by a broom stick that was dropped via the outside access into drain line. This was super service. I would highly recommend Anthony and Roto-Rooter. He took the time to explain the issues. Your company is very fortunate to have Anthony as your service representative. Roto-Rooter was recommended and I called the individual back and highly thanked him for directing me to Roro-Rooter.
