At first I called Mr. Rooter…. they promised me that they were the cheapest in town. I wanted a second opinion. Don Shock was at my door ... the first thing in the morning. He was very professional and very well spoken. Mr. Shock explained to us step-by-step what he was going to do and when it all was going to happen. Ozie came later in the day and jetted my lines. Needed help fast! After looking at several others online, I called Roto-Rooter. They explained that a technician would arrive fully prepared to resolve the issue, but that they ... would give us an estimate and if we decided not to use their service there would be NO charge. The amazing thing was that we called on SATURDAY!!! They we so kind and friendly on the phone. They said I would get a call within 2 hours to let me know when the technician was 30 minutes away. Within 15 minutes they called and within 30 minutes they had arrived. The technician was just as friendly and very knowledgeable. In the middle of a SATURDAY afternoon for LESS THAN $300 our issue was resolved! Couldn't be more thankful!!!!

Very professional service. Ray was great in showing us exactly what was wrong and what we needed to do. Les was amazing. Very respectful of our belongings ... making sure he did not damage anything and even helped my father inlaw move a bed when I was at work.

Great and fast service

Seth was here quickly and was very efficient. He tried everything he could before calling for the camera. Vince came with the camera and explained every step to ... me and had a crew to my house within an hour on a Saturday. Scott came and started to work immediately. Vince came back Sunday with the camera and he found more problems since he could then get through the broken lines. He gave me all Options for repair and explained everything to me. I was very pleased with the service (after I got over the sticker shock) even though I know it isn't an easy fix. There was no pressure to make the additional repair choice right away. I would gladly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone.

Loren Tech# 3021, Rico Leon and the restoration team were fantastic. By far the best and most professional group I have ever met. Loren did an amazing job to identify ... the probelm at the source and stop the leak. Rico and his team identified the hazardous damaged water areas and took the steps necessary to remove the damage area's and put in the fans and dehumidifers to dry. For finding a terrible situation with the pipe leak and water damage Roto - Rotters team worked fast, efficiently to correct the problem. I greatly appreciate all they did. I woudl highly recommend them to anyone to use if they want the job done right and professionally.
