I had a plumbing issue there was something big stuck in a pipe i couldnt do laundrey for weeks without it flooding my basement. I called roto-rooter they said they ... would have a tech come out. I then got a call saying dennis would be there in 30 minutes! They were so fast and nice. Dennis arrived and took care of the issue. I suggest if you have any issues call roto rooter they were great and Dennis the tech was So professional!!! Great staff and great company!!

We couldn't get our toilet to flush, even after trying multiple fixes on our own. Even contemplated just replacing the toilet. Finally made a service call to Roto-Rooter. ... Daryl was the name of our service person. He worked on the toilet for a long time, then went to the pipes in the basement, then to our septic tank outside. He was able to figure out that our problem all along was our septic tank and not the toilet. He fixed the problem in the tank and made sure to show us what it was and what he did to fix it in case it happens again. Daryl spent almost 2 hours at our house, and kept at it until the problem was fixed. Very much satisfied with the service. This is the 2nd time we have used Roto-Rooter.
