Amazing work done by Mark, I was interested in the process and he took me step by step through what he was doing and showed me taught me what to ... look out for which using the pipe camera which was cool. He triple checked everything which was great because we did find a few more minor blockages but he took care of every one of them. Very happy with the service from Mark

There was a total of 3 individuals involved and all three of them we're very professional and yet very friendly. I will definitely suggest Roto-Rooter if anybody ask me if ... I know of a good plumbing company. I had a saddle clamp valve that went out. It was leaking like crazy so I went to buy a new one. Your guys were smart enough to give me ... the advice to replace it with a shark bite and a 90 degree valve. The best advice ever! Very easy to change out and zero leaks. Had a different plumber out yesterday, they looked around until they found things to charge me for in "future repairs". Poured some crystal crap down my laundry drain and then ... left. Went to do laundry today and flooded my bathroom. First plumber was unconcerned and unwilling to come fix the problem, so I called you guys. Gabriel came out, asked questions, looked in my clear out and proceeded to explain the problem. He snaked the lines, checked the drainage and clear roots from the clean out line. A++++ service. He was informative, cheerful and got us cleaned out.

Late last night my wife and I had our sewer line back up into our shower and bathroom. We called roto-rooter and when our technician showed up he was very ... polite. (He called ahead of time) to let me know when he would be there and what exactly was happening, which was perfect I appreciated the heads up and what to expect. He was very respectful, he was here when he said he was going to be and had our problem solved fast. I would highly recommend them, and if I ever have problems in the future I would love to use the same tech. Thank you Micah vargas.

I only have one concern and inquiry to the company about the service we received through Roto-Rooter for a flood we had in our basement. I am just wondering why, ... with all of the social distancing requirements going on and recommendations to slow and stop the spread of COVID-19, why employees of Roto-Rooter are not required to wear masks or protective gear when coming into people's homes. Four out of the 5 people who were in our home from the company were not wearing any kind of mask or protective gear, even though they were in close proximity of us and were interacting with us in a small section of space. We are just concerned that Roto-Rooter is not taking the precautions necessary to protect their customers and slow the spread of a very contagious virus. Any feedback as to why this is not a requirement for your employees would be really, really helpful. Had I known they would be coming into my home without a mask on, I would have brought my own from work to wear while around them.
