After attempting the repair myself for several days I got Roto-Rooter was to come out and do repair was handled quickly. The plumber was very knowledgeable and explained in detail ... the issues and how he resolved them.

Even though the problem was misdiagnosed the first time, the company made an effort to make things right and send someone else for a second opinion. Instead of taking advantage ... of us and charging for extra stuff we didnt need, he informed us that the problem was in the city end of the line and not our responsibility. We have had other companies closer to us look at it and all have misdiagnosed the issue. This company is the only one who made an effort to really trace down the cause, and inform us that the city should reimburse what we already spent.

Our technician (Steve) did an excellent job. He was very friendly and professional. His service was outstanding and the problem was solved very quickly. We would definitely use Roto-Rooter again ... if needed.

I gave the highest number of stars because I appreciate the impact of a low survey on overall stats. However, I was not truly satisfied because a misunderstanding happened ... with the dispatcher and we were cancelled and in the end we did not receive service until over 7 hours after my initial call. it was frustrating to have to wait that long and not have any water service.

Arrived on Time. No awful 4 hour window or a 2 to 3 day wait after calling. Everyone gracious and polite. Same good job as in the past with an on ... going problem beyond MVThA's Control

He took extra time to check the ... pipes thoroughly after the clogs were cleared to ensure that the pipes were clear. I was very happy with his work and his great customer service.
