Vern R.I called the after hours number to report a sewage/water backup and unable to use the toilet. We needed help as soon as possible as we have a four month ... old in the house and might have to go to a hotel until fixed. The on call technician, Mike advised they had two service calls ahead of us and would get there as fast as possible. Mike and Brad showed up a short time later and resolved the problem very quickly. After payment was made, Mike mentioned they came to help us before their next service call since we have a new born. We appreciate Mike and Brad doing that for us.
