I am taking a moment to express if you ever have a plumbing problem, please call this Roto-Rooter location. My problem started on July 31. (Labor Day Weekend) not only ... Dan Pinkerton himself (franchise owner) quickly responded to my sewage crisis, he quickly unblocked the line. He also went as far as to use a underground camera to see what the problem was. He called my sewage warranty company upon completion and explained it would be a temporary fix. Well here I am a week later no response from the warranty company and guess what? It was blocked worse than before. I made a early call this morning, (Saturday)Dan responded within the hour to help yet again with my crisis. I felt obligated to let others who may have a problem.
