I wish I had the name of the technician who was here (1021 Humboldt) Tuesday morning. He deserves a BIG raise. He was so knowledgeable and efficient. It's an old ... house and nothing is ever just a straight forward repair. He knew just what to do. A problem was fixed that had been worked on by others and never been solved.
