We had a blockage in our sewer line between our septic tank in the yard and our house. We have our tanks emptied every two years and until now ... have not had any problems. The two gentlemen from Roto-Rooter found an extra tank that we never knew existed!!! It was packed with clay like waste. We have had other businesses clean out our tanks over the past 25 years and they never discovered the other buried tank. We are so glad we called Roto-Rooter and will use them from now on

The emotional support was also welcome and unexpected, as I watched so many special things get tossed away, ruined from the sewage.
