He arrived in a timely manner - very polite - friendly - he examined the problem - found the issue - fixed the issue & educated ... me on what he did - how it could be prevented in the future & what can be done if the issue were to occur again. Technician John was excellent & made me feel confident the issue has been resolved!

On June 9 I had a leaky outside garden hose faucet. Roto Rooter came in short order and repaired the hose bib. I immediately connected an irrigation system which ran ... until Sept 25. Upon disconnect I found the faucet still leaking...I called Roto Rooter and spoke to a very nice person named Rosie. I explained the above situation and I noted to her that I believe it had been leaking the entire time. She referred me to Marsha ( Customer Relations), also very nice, who said she would speak to her manager and I would receive a call back within 30 min. Sure enough,Scott Jackson from the Jersey City office called and said he would dispatch a team to take care of my issue. Stewart and Nick arrived, they couldn't have been any nicer and took care of the problem. Shortly after they left, Scott called to make sure I was satisfied. In a world where most appointments are never on time, fast food is anything but, and most service or delivery calls give you a 4 hour window, we seem to have lost track of customer service. I'm happy to say that I've found it. It resides with Roto Rooter, Scott Jackson and his excellent team. Many Thanks!

I called Roto-Rooter because the water was going down very slowly in the tub. Roto Rooter sent Mr. Jenner Cole and it was a great experience. Jenner was able to ... diagnose the problem very quickly and told me that he did not need to use a snake down the drain. He gave me tips on how to maintain my tub drains, kitchen and bathroom sinks. He was very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter in the future.

Your technicians, Victor and Joey came to clear a sewer line back-up yesterday and stayed with it for way longer than is usual because the "snake" got stuck in a ... jumble of roots which had "invaded" a crack in the sewer line. They worked very hard and it was not easy as it was a hot day. Your technicians, Carlos, Tech #429 and Fred - #423 came to our house today to replace and repair a section of sewer pipe (a spot repair). They were very professional and did a great job. I hope they can come back and do the backfilling. Thank you for having very experienced and diligent technicians.
