I was extremely pleased with the service technician Joe Pioux (${esc.hash}367). He solved the big mystery in our basement drainage leak that other plumbers couldn't. He was also very informative ... with alternatives going forward, and he put on surgical shoe covers when entering our house....always nice to see.

Joe Bress and his crew did an did an outstanding job replacing the sewer line at my parents house. My parents are 91 & 87 years old, so I went ... to their house to meet with Joe at 9:45 am to look at the camera view of the sewer line. He showed me the breaks in the line from the drain out to the sewer and it was clear it needed to be replaced. My parents had 2 sewer backups in the last 3 months. Joe gave me the price and worked with me, making a generous adjustment. I told my parents and gave Joe the approval to move forward with the repair. He assembled a crew quickly and had the job finished by 5:30 pm the same day. It was amazing how efficient and hard the team worked to complete the job the same day. They had to go down about 9' deep and 30' - 40' to replace all the broken PVC piping. Joe and his crew were extremely customer service oriented. I will highly recommend roto-rooter to my family and friends. Thanks to Joe and the crew, my parents will not have to worry about their basement flooding anymore. Great job!!!
