The 2 gentlemen who came were very nice and did great work. The only complant i have is youu should have more people in the south shore of Mass. And since ... your centers are in another state you can not give an correct time to arrive. Since they are probly using GPS . And it does not take in to consideration the distance and driving conditions. I was told a half hour and even on the best days the place they were in is at least 40 or more min. Not counting. So what i am trying to say is you need more call centers in different states

You guys are absolutely FIRST CLASS. I called around 11:00 A.M. and was advised that the repair man would be here between 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. He ... was, in fact, here at 2:00P.M. Great guy, and that is an understatement, and very easy to work with. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL. My wife and I can not say enough positive things about your firm. The service received for a clogged sink (deep into the pipes) was very good--the plumbers arrived promptly within an hour of calling. They were friendly and professional and did ... a very good job in explaining the issue and giving recommendations to prevent future problems.

This was my second time using this company. The last time was in 2010. Once again the service was courteous, efficient and well explained each step of the way. ... Scheduling was very easy. There were appointments available the day I called and I appreciate that I was able to give a 2-hour window in which I wanted them ... to arrive. The technician was pleasant and helpful and fully explained what he was doing and what next steps would be. He worked quickly and left the basement looking exactly as it had looked before he arrived. I will definitely be using Roto Rooter again in the future.

I had a total blockage in my bath tub. It gave no warning, just stopped. I called Roto-Rooter and was given a time that same day for service.

My service tech Allan was on-time and had his game ready. My kitchen sink drain had a number of issues; we walked through the project needs, and he put together ... a course of action. From there I got out of his way. I checked back with him in ~1.5 hours, and he was using a dustpan around my kitchen---all issues addressed, and the work area was immaculate. Allan was courteous, attentive and a highly skilled professional. He did a great job and we couldn't be happier having the use of our sink back.

We really appreciated having Josh go above and beyond to complete a new sink install, as we live out of state, the Clovd-19, prevented us from traveling to purchase a ... new sink. Josh took it upon himself to get us the correct size and install our new sink exactly when he told us he would do the job! This will be such a big help in the sale of our home, scheduled for next week! Thank you Josh and Roto Rooter!

We have had constant issues with toilets backing up to no avail . After the third visit with a Jet Truck to fix our issues we were visited ... by Mark Carey who took the extra time to determine that we had limescale issues in the pipes to our sewer system. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. We will never call Roto- Rooter again without requesting Mark to service our needs in the future. You have an amazingly dedicated employee in Mark.
