The service man was Shaomari Crowford 6633 and he braved terrible weather working to remove tree roots from the clay pipes of an outside drain so that the rain could ... pass through a unique drainage system. He is one very good employee. I have a funky situation and if nothing else, he tried his best.

I suspect that the original plumbing work done when the house was constructed in 2001 had some faulty metal T-connectors containing small obstructions. This created turbulence that gradually drilled pin-holes ... inches down stream after years of service. Same exact failure four times.
