Matt did an amazing job! I had another company initially do some work but the same problem came back with no flow in that toilet. Matt came and fixed the ... problem. He was very informative and competent. He knew exactly what he was doing and resolved the toilet clog in a timely fashion. The toilet works better than ever. I would recommend this company and plumber to any of my friends. Amazing job!!!

It was the day after the Thanksgiving Holiday so I expected many delays. The service tech arrived on time and went right to work. He was very professional and ... knowledgeable. It took some time, due to a main line clog with tree roots, He kept me informed of the progress and once cleared let me know. He returned the following Monday with camera equipment to be sure there were no breaks in the line. Thankfully there were none. He could have told me anything but he was very honest and a very nice young man. Thank you "Rooter Router" for having such great employees.

I explained the situation, and he ... diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me excellent advice. He was kind and patient, and I think it was just great that your service extends beyond what the guys do with their hands. They are very knowledgeable and have integrity.

I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND AND MORE THANKS TO ROTO-ROOTER IN LAS VEGAS. MY KITCHEN SINK KEPT RECEIVING BACKFLOW WATER, WOULD CONTINUE TO BACK UP, AND OVERFLOW THE SINK. AS ... AFTER DIAGNOSING AND LOOKING AT MY SITUATION. JAMES WENT TO HIS WORK TRUCK. GATHERED HIS TOOLS/EQUIPMENT AND WAS AT WORK. LOW AND BEHOLD AFTER 30 MINUTES. JAMES FIXED MY PROBLEM. MORE KUDOS AND THANKS TO JAMES W. AS HE WORKED DILIGENTLY ON MY PLUMBING PROBLEM AND WAS A COMMENSURATE PROFESSIONAL THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. NOTHING WORSE THAN BEING IN A SITUATION WHERE YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH WATER OVERFLOWING INTO YOUR RESIDENCE AND NO ONE TO HELP YOU OUT. WELL ROTOR-ROOTER CAME THROUGH AND HELPED ME OUT TREMENDOUSLY! The tech/plumber Chris was very pleasant, & did the work efficiently. He also mopped up the water on my kitchen floor afterwards. My only complaint was he had ... to go get the part or pipe twice, since the first time he got the wrong part or size. I feel like I shouldn't be charged for the travel time to get a part. I was charged for 1 hour & 1/2 of labor, when the actual time to fix the broken pipe in my kitchen ceiling took much less time. Thank you
