WOW, on the 29th of June I had service technician, Randy come to my house. I had never, as long as I've lived in my home (over 10 years) ... have I had to call for R/R assistance. Before securing my appointment, I had spoken several times with the local office staff representative, Evelyn. I had plugged up toilets, shower, tub, and deep sink ... you name it, it was bad!. Evelyn was so gracious and professional all through my off again, on again appointment. scheduling. This was not her fault, it was mine! I was staying with friends for several days following the plug-up. I was uncertain as to when I might be back in my house. So, she and I, as I mentioned earlier, had numerous conversations and she should be commended for her patience with me, which never wavered. Randy was awesome, very on top of everything and did "his thing" while cleaning and grinding away at the roots that turned out to be the cause of my dilemma.
