I was expecting the Roto Rooter guys to fix my sewage problem when they showed up, and although they couldn't fix it completely they were very informative ... and made sure that I understood everything they were trying and what my obstruction was and even why they couldn't fix my problem completely. Mike was not very talkative but Ken made sure that I didn't have any surprises in the bill and that I was informed of all my options. Even though the expense of service was high I totally understood why seeing everything they tried to rectify the problem. I really felt comfortable with their service and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or sewage assistance.

The crew Lynn sent out was amazing! Hard working, friendly and completed a huge job in only 2 days! Shout out to Skye, Adam and Travis. You are terrific!

I called on a Saturday morning for service. There was availability that same day in the afternoon. Within 30 minutes I received a call back notifying me that ... an additional person was called in and could be at my house within the hour. I was very impressed with this. Phillip was the plumber who came out. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He took his time with not only fixing our problem but answered all questions and talked to us about long term solutions. When I was looking up who to call to come out to the house, I saw that Roto-Rooter had 5 Star ratings and there were numerous write-ups so this is what lead me to call Roto-Rooter over other companies. I'm glad I did and I absolutely agree with the 5 Star ratings. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter!

Ken Alverson (Technician) has shown himself to be a caring, well qualified plumber that goes the extra mile to explain what immediate problem is and if there are expected future ... problems. He is one of the cleanest plumber I have had in many years. He is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I was reluctant to call a plumber for a toilet repair and didn't know who to call. I called Roto Rooter in Twin Falls based on their great reviews ... and I was not disappointed. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly and scheduled very quickly. Chris and Travis showed up timely. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. I had to have my main sewer line cleaned out. The nice young man, Bill, came out and went right to work. I was worried about the cost. He explained ... the cost to me. He was very patient with me. He explained step by step what he was doing. He showed me the inside of the sewer line. He cleaned up the nasty mess that the backed up sewer made. It cost much less than I was anticipating.
