Luie came and was very nice. He was very understanding of my problem. I was having a new refrigerator installed and the installers did not know where to find the ... ice and water cut off. Since it did not take him long he did a couple of small things I needed and told me that my main cut off was rusty and could not be turned. He told me to call the water department and let them know. He noticed because if I had to cut off the main water I could not do it.

I just want to thank our technician publicly. It was a weird afternoon. We showed up to my house and right after we got started I found my ... daughters' cat laying unresponsive on the front walk. Later we learned that the cat had been bitten by a venomous snake. The Roto-Rooter technician quickly got his work done and helped me get out of there ASAP so I could get to the vet. This has little to do with plumbing, but everything to do with everyday life. I appreciate the responsiveness of our technician in a difficult moment. Appreciate the good work and will call y'all again when I have a problem. By the way... the cat is fine... and maybe a little wiser!
