Our pool ... had drains that were overflowing and they got them unplugged, needing to go back and forth from front and back yard. Keith arrived in the morning, as scheduled, with a helper to install an outdoor cleanout. He not only did an excellent job, but allowed us to photograph the steps. ... He showed us a video of the camera in the line to demonstrate that all was well. The servicemen were very clean, laying out a tarp to collect the soil as they dug down to find the pipe, and replaced the soil and grass in a very neat manner when the job was finished.
