Our fire station floor drains were backed up which prevents us from cleaning apparatus and properly draining through our oil-water separator. We called Roto-Rooter and on the same day they ... came out and fixed our problem. Additionally, we were given excellent instructions on how to prevent the same problem from occurring and how to properly maintain our system which will save us time and money in the future.

Called before 8:00 am, team showed up before 8;30! Reviewed my concern and provided couple options. once I made decision personal got busy. was necessary to remove my toilet ... to clear plug in line from house to septic tank. took awhile but Rotor Rooter personal was able to clear restriction in line.

Great service, my repair was non emergency, dispatch of crew was offered very late on first day, (after 5pm). Second day dispatch was middle of day with no option for ... earlier. I would have liked an earlier appointment.
