He brought in his equipment and looked for the best way to get into the drain. In less than an hour he had the drain clear. Exceptional service by another Roto-Rooter Service Technician. We can always depend on Roto-Rooter to resolve problems that other companies can’t. Other companies charge a fee even if they don’t resolve the problem, but not Roto-Rooter.

Ernesto Guevera(${esc.hash}1065) came to my home to work on a leak. It was unclear in the beginning what the problem initially was. However, after Ernesto persisitently investigated the situation he ... discovered where the leak was originating and solved the problem. Ernesto was driven by his curiousity to solve my problem. While he was intially perplexed at how the problem originated he begun a very methodical approach using process and elimination to get to the root cause. Water leaks are alway a stressful situation but his expertise was evident and his work was very thorough.

David Clark was very friendly, professional and helpful as were John and the other Guy that was here for the plumbing information. They stated they don't work with quest ... pipe which is where the leak was. The gave me information about probably having to have a plumber that deals with quest pipe to take care of the leak and gave me other options as well due to the issues with the quest pipe. Mr. Ali who did the water restoration assessment was also very friendly, professional and helpful with my questions about the insurance claim. Kevin and Isiah (I think) the water restoration guys, who brought the fans and machine that takes the moisture out of the air were very professional and helpful in answering my questions and concerns and also did the microbial treatment. I was very pleased with your workers that I came into personal contact face to face with while continuing to deal with this rough situation.
