I had an Appt. today with Paul with the York Co. I just want to say he was one of the nicest Tec guys I had the honors of meeting ... and having fix the clog in my drain. He was very polite from the start of the service call to getting into his van to leave. He was very honest, and very informative if I had any questions, and very polite! I did tell him if I ever need plumbing done again, I would call them for sure. I was very happy with the company AND the service TEC!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paul called before he arrived, and was extremely polite on the phone and in person. He was able to identify the issue and repair our garbage disposal in an efficient ... manner. The pricing seemed fair for the amount of time and work he performed. I will call Roto-Rooter in the future for any plumbing issues. -Brad McCullough

We had an issue with a clog at the main where any water use in the house was causing a backup in our basement shower. We discovered it on ... a Saturday night at 11pm of course. Sunday morning at 9:30, we called Roto-Rooter York and left a message with their phone service. 20 minutes later, Tyler called back and said he would be here by 11:30. He arrived a little early and within an hour, had snaked out a washcloth that had somehow gotten flushed down our basement toilet. Hmmmmmm!!! (Note to have a conversation with our kids). Tyler was polite, professional, converstational and courteous. He did an excellent job in keeping the mess that the service entailed to an absolute minimum. Any plumbing issues that we have in the future will be handled by Roto Rooter York and Tyler. Thanks again Tyler! Much appreciation! Wayne Hawksworth

Everyone was very professional. The original technician Marcus came in and diagnosed the issue (roots in clay tile for the sewer line) utilizing a camera and then cleaned out ... the piping. Marcus was very personable, professional and did a great job. Doug came in as a follow up camera inspection to provide an estimate for replacing the clay tile pipe. Doug was also very personable, professional and did a great job. The crew that replaced the piping again were very personable, professional and did a great job. I was very please with the service, especially the timeliness from initial inspection to replacement of the piping. Thank you.

Wanted to say that Todd was awesome And so knowledgeable. My preference was to call a “local “ service because I was afraid of not being treated properly but Todd ... really made me feel like I had called the right place! Jaden did an excellent job finding and fixing our clogged sewer pipe. In fact the reason it clogged was because the line was broken. He did a great job repairing ... the pipe. He is a super friendly and nice person to do business with. Thank you!
